We supply Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets for tough industrial and warehousing applications.
Our Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets can be either Two-Way or Four Way.
These Pallets are capable of withstanding heavy loads of up to 6000kg.
Two-Way Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets come with three long Anti Skid Runners (Legs) running along the lenth or width of the Pallet and are ideally suited for racking purpose.
Four Way Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets have nine cubical legs and offer the convenience of Four-Way Universal Entry.
These Pallets also know are reinforced with Steel & P.U. Foam for a higher Mechanical Strength and Load Bearing Capacity.

Heavy Duty Plastic Pallet

Heavy duty plastic pallet is mainly for internal storage purpose, because of this highest strength and cost consideration. The pallet weight itself is around 15 to 25kg depends the different applications and functions. Heavy duty plastic pallet mainly made by materials of HDPE, in blue, green or grey in colour. The load capacity of heavy duty plastic pallet is 1.5ton dynamic load, 4.5 to 8 ton static load, 1 to 1.5 ton racking load.
During the pallet selection for this heavy duty pallet the most important information must be provided is the racking load, goods packaging and racking system type. The goods packaging consists of in carton box, plastic basket box, jumbo bag, woven bag, paper bag, plastic bag and others. The racking type also very important point to cause the pallet failure. The racking systems are selective racking, double deep racking, drive in racking, push back racking, and others.

Selective racking is most common racking, which is around 95% of warehouse using this type of racking system.  The maximum weight of goods per pallet is around 1ton to 1.5 ton.

If for the drive in racking, the plastic pallets require stronger structural design and more steel reinforced inside the pallet body for prevent the bending of the pallet. Besides, the load per pallet on drive in rack is very important in the case of pallet selection. Normally, the weight of goods on this drive in racking system is 1ton to 1.2ton, it not recommended for more than 1.5ton of goods.
